Terms of service
1. Seller — Products on smartack.it are sold by SmarTack Valericami di L'Abbate Valentina, Via Castagnera Bassa 52, 31020 Corbanese (TV), Italy — VAT IT04372490260. Contact: info@valericami.it · WhatsApp +39 347 019 3672.
2. Orders — An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock errors, price errors or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment — Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and the other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by certified providers; we never store your card details.
4. Customisation — For embroidered products the customer supplies the logo (JPG or PDF) and confirms placement and size at checkout or by email. The customer declares to hold the rights to use the logo. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Customised products cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects. Production and dispatch time: 15–20 working days.
5. Shipping — See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery.
6. Returns — See our Return & refund policy. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on non-customised products.
7. Warranty — Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years for EU consumers). Normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing or damage caused by the horse are not covered.
8. Product information — We describe materials, sizes and care as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly on screen. Our products are accessories for horses and must be used under the supervision of a competent adult; they do not replace veterinary care.
9. Intellectual property — The SmarTack name, logo, texts and photos on this site are property of SmarTack and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Law and disputes — These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence; EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
